Engineering consulting for battery & hardware companies

From years of experience at Tesla and Sila Nanotechnologies, I help battery & hardware companies develop, validate, and launch their products while also building inclusive cultures that foster psychological safety.

What I do

I use my experience bringing new battery materials and designs to market to help companies with product development and internal engineering processes.

I also use my experience as an engineering manager and facilitator to help companies build inclusive cultures and practices that lead to high-performing teams.

Get to know me

A mechanical engineer by training and a battery engineer by practice, I have over 10 years of experience in product development and validation testing for the automotive, consumer electronics, and stationary storage industries.

I spent graduate school at Stanford specializing in thermodynamics and combustion and doing systems-level analysis of energy systems. At Tesla, I did abuse tests of battery cells, modules, and packs for both EV and stationary storage systems. At Sila, I commercialized the first new battery chemistry to come to market since the 1990s.
